Answers to common questions and problems

Before you contact us, consider these answers to common questions and problems:

Has my advertisement been approved? How do I know how many Diggs/Stumbles I'm receiving?

Do not email us to ask about the status of your advertisement. You will receive an email about the status of your advertisement once we have finished serving it. The email will tell you if your advertisement was denied, and it will tell you how many Diggs or Stumbles we were able to deliver. You can expect to wait 24 hours to get an email about your Digg advertisement. You can expect to wait days to weeks to get an email about your StumbleUpon advertisement.

What is the best time to submit an advertisement to you?

We try to check the queue of advertisements a few times throughout the day. The afternoon is a good time to submit an advertisement. We are in the Eastern Time zone.

I can't log in!

Your username is your username, not your email. If you forgot your password, use the "change password" form.

I got an email about a task, but there is no task.

Sometimes tasks expire. You must act quickly.

Why haven't I been verified?

Check your Digg or StumbleUpon history page to make sure the pages you Dugg or Stumbled show up. We do not accept StumbleUpon accounts with mature ratings.

I didn't get paid for my last task!

Remember to click the "I'm done" button. Always check to make sure that the pages you were supposed to Digg or Stumble show up on the first page of your Digg or StumbleUpon history. If the pages do not show up, the script will not verify you, the task will be deleted, and you will not be paid.

I haven't received any tasks for a long time. Send me some tasks!

Our algorithm randomly chooses users, so sometimes you will receive many tasks, and sometimes you won't receive any tasks. Just hang in there, and they will come to you.
